What should I do if the geocoding API cannot find an address?

Please email us the address directly at [e-mail].

We will research the address and enter it into our system.

If possible, please provide a latitude/longitude of where the address is meant to be.

If the address is easy to verify and a latitude/longitude is provided, this could take as little as 20 minutes to show up in the geocoding API. However, depending on circumstances this might take a day or two, and some conversation between us to fully resolve details.

An easy way to get the latitude/longitude is to click on the map in the Developer Network Lat/Lng finder.
